1. What Trippe is
Trippe is a marketplace that connects travellers with independent trip organisers. Trippe does not operate, own, guide or insure any trip. The organiser named on a listing is solely responsible for delivering that trip.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including your mobile number, and for everything done through your account.
3. Bookings and payment
Booking a seat forms a contract between you and the organiser. Trippe collects payment on the organiser’s behalf, retains a platform commission at the rate in force when the booking was made, and remits the balance per the payout schedule.
4. Organiser obligations
Organisers must describe trips accurately, hold the permits their activities require, honour published inclusions, and communicate changes promptly. Listings are reviewed before going live and may be rejected or removed.
5. Conduct and suspension
We may suspend or block an account for misrepresentation, no-shows, harassment, or attempts to move a confirmed booking off-platform. Blocked organisers have listings removed and payouts frozen pending review.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trippe’s liability is limited to the platform commission it received on the affected booking.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
