Register as an organiser with your brand details and a government ID. Our team reviews applications, usually within a day.

2 · Publish

List a trip with photos, a day-by-day itinerary, pickup, inclusions and the person accompanying the group. Each listing gets a quick review before it goes live.

3 · Fill your seats

Travellers find you in search and book on the platform. You see every booking, traveller detail and payout estimate in your dashboard.

4 · Get paid

We collect payment, hold it securely, and release your share after the trip ends.

What does it cost to list?

Nothing. Listing is free and unlimited. Commission is charged only on seats that actually sell — an empty seat costs you nothing.

Why does my trip need reviewing?

Nothing is searchable until a human has checked it. That review is the reason travellers trust listings here rather than a poster in a group chat. Reviews are usually same-day, and a rejection always comes with a specific written reason so you know exactly what to change.

Who handles refunds?

We do, automatically, from the cancellation policy you choose on each listing. Our commission is reversed in full on any refunded booking — we earn nothing on a trip that does not happen.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are released after each trip ends. Your dashboard shows a live payout figure per trip, so you always know what is owed before it arrives.

Why do you ask for an ID for the person leading the trip?

Because a traveller is getting into a vehicle with them. Travellers see only a name and a photo; the ID itself goes to private storage and is visible only to our verification team.

Can I still take bookings elsewhere?

Yes. You control your seats and your price. What we ask is that a booking made here stays here — moving a confirmed traveller off-platform removes their refund rights and our ability to help them.
